Make My Day is a private InPsyd service operated by Studio Balke / A Nice Yard, LLC for family members, staff, and invited collaborators. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
- Account info you or an administrator enter: name, optional nickname, email, and phone.
- Your content: tasks, boards, notes, roles, goals, and the environments you belong to.
- Sign-in data: one-time sign-in links, an optional password (stored only as a salted hash), and session records.
- Linked Google data (only if you connect an account): with your explicit consent, we read your Google Calendar and Tasks to show them alongside your Make My Day items. We store an encrypted token to keep the connection working. You can disconnect an account at any time from Me → Google Accounts.
How We Use It
- To run the app: show your schedule and tasks, let people you're grouped with collaborate, and send sign-in links and notifications you'd expect.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- We share it only where the app's roles require, such as people in the same environment seeing that environment's tasks, and with service providers that deliver email on our behalf.
Google User Data
Make My Day's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar and Tasks data only to display and organize your schedule inside Make My Day, never for advertising, and never transfer it except as needed to provide the feature or as required by law.
Security & Retention
- Data is served only over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed; Google tokens are encrypted at rest.
- We keep your data while your account is active. Ask an administrator to remove your account and its data.
Your Choices
- Disconnect Google accounts anytime (Me → Google Accounts).
- Ask an administrator to edit or delete your information.
